I'm Amos. This is my story of arak, curiosity,
and the moment a bottle brings people together.
My love of hosting, giving and people comes from Mum and Dad.

02 / THE STORY Nice to meet you

Before there was a name,
there was a gift.

I started making bottles at home and giving them to the people around me. I had no plan to build a brand. I simply loved creating things and making people happy.

Before that, I worked as a bartender and mixologist. I loved tasting, mixing and exploring the meeting of sour, sweet, spicy and salty. More than a decade ago, after Sukkot, there were plenty of etrog citrons left over. Pairing citron with hot pepper opened a new direction for me.

I kept experimenting with more fruit and spices. Some attempts worked, others didn't. The bottles found their way to family, friends, gatherings and clients. REGA is the name I gave to a journey that had already begun.

Mum and Dad, it starts with you.

My love of hosting, giving and bringing people together comes from the home I grew up in.

Mum, the heart of our home.

Mum, you've always been the heart of our home. The door was open, the table was open, and above all your heart was open to everyone. You cook and host generously, remembering exactly what each person loves. You taught me to care about the details and help people feel they belong. Every table I set and every bottle I give carries some of the love I received from you.

Dad, humility and a love of people.

Dad, your quiet humility has shaped so much of my journey. Together with Mum, you built a home of values, mutual respect, love and generosity. Those things still guide the way I treat people and my wish to do good for them. You taught me that giving has value even when it happens quietly. So much of my desire to bring people together and make them happy comes from you.

Mum and Dad, thank you for our home and everything you give me. Whenever I welcome people to my table or give someone a bottle, I carry forward something I learned from you.

03 / THE CRAFT Behind the glass

The eye. The hand.
The aroma. The taste.

I don't begin with a production line. I begin with ingredients, an understanding of flavours and a question: what happens when I bring them together?

The fruit stays part of the story.

The same curiosity. A different combination each time.

05 / FLAVOUR NOTES The taste of curiosity

There's more than one way
to bring flavours together.

Some of the directions I keep coming back to. In each one there's room for fruit, spice and something unexpected.

These are flavour directions from my work. Combinations change; this is not a stock list or a set of fixed recipes. The images illustrate the world of flavours, not the ingredients or allergens in a particular product.

06 / AT THE TABLE The part I love

A beautiful table.
Good people.
A place to be.

I love creating the occasion: setting the table, choosing music, making something delicious. The bottle joins all of that. It never replaces the people around it.

A saying I've carried for years
“None of us gets out of life alive,
so why not enjoy living?”

For me, it's a reminder of life itself: being with family, watching a sunset by the sea, putting on music, enjoying a conversation. Those are the moments that matter to me, even without a bottle on the table.

I gave a bottle.
I wanted to say thank you.

For a meeting, a friendship, a journey. The bottles began as gifts, and I want that personal feeling to live on in the new name.
